Anna Symonds has been named as the Executive Director of the Etheridge Foundation, following a successful 2022 as Program Manager.

The Etheridge Foundation has begun an ongoing effort that we intend to become a precedent and practice for all research-funding organizations: Root Relationship Contributions.

For every research grant that we make, we will also contribute an additional 5% companion grant to Indigenous-led biocultural conservation projects related to the plant medicine being studied.

The numbers are in, and the net proceeds from our Etheridge Island-related fundraising events came to $149,765.32!

(That rounds up to a cool $150k.)
